Mr. Dayan has more than 35 years of international tax experience, managing issues across multiple industries for Fortune 500 multinational corporations. He has proven expertise in international tax matters, reportable transactions, and handling large case tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to joining Ryan, he was a Partner in the tax group of a Top 100 law firm, an Adjunct Professor of Tax Law at the Emory University School of Law, and previously served as a law clerk to Judge William Fay of the United States Tax Court. Mr. Dayan was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Tax in 2011 and the four years immediately preceding.
