Young has joined the management team as a Principal to support the continued growth of the Firm's Tax Compliance Services practice. He will be based in the Firm's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.

With 20 years of diverse industry experience in multistate sales and use tax consulting, automation, and compliance, Mr. Young has provided outsourced tax administration resources that serve as an extension to the reporting and remittance functions of premier companies across the world. Prior to joining Ryan, he was the Global Practice Leader of the State and Local Tax Center of Expertise for a global provider of tax, finance and accounting, internal audits and controls, and technology risk management-related services. Mr. Young has also served as a Supervising Auditor for the New Jersey Division of Taxation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the College of William and Mary.
