Scrum Alliance® Appoints Dean Hanson as Chief Growth Officer to Accelerate Enterprise Sales and Channel Partnership Expansion
DENVER, Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Scrum Alliance today announced the appointment of Dean Hanson as Chief Growth Officer as the organization builds and scales its sales function, strengthens channel partnerships, and accelerates enterprise growth. Hanson joins the executive leadership team at a pivotal time as Scrum Alliance expands its reach and impact in the enterprise agility space.
Hanson joins CEO Tristan Boutros and the executive leadership team at Scrum Alliance. In this new role, Hanson will lead the organization's growth strategy, driving new business-to-business development, expanding channel partnerships, and increasing adoption of Scrum Alliance's training and certification offerings by enterprises worldwide.

Hanson brings deep expertise in modern sales technologies, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership. He has developed enterprise learning partnerships that grew recurring revenue from $2.5 million to more than $10 million, delivered over $25 million in ARR growth across consulting engagements since 2019, and expanded international market presence by forging global partnerships and driving results across diverse industries and regions.
