SEARCH Group Partners Names Connie Spyropoulos-Linardakis As New Managing Director

SALT LAKE CITY, March 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SEARCH Group Partners (SGP) announced the addition of Connie Spyropoulos-Linardakis, who will spear-head the firms Executive Search Practice as Managing Director.  Spyropoulos, a dynamic multi-talented executive, will focus on broadening the range of strategic and nation-wide executive search services, to support the firm's industry and geographically diverse clients.

Spyropoulos, who most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Zions Bancorporation, brings more than 25 years of practitioner experience to SGP.  In her role at Zions, she oversaw the Human Resources Function for a $55B holding company and was one of the highest ranked female executives in the company.  In this role, Spyropoulos was responsible for leading an integrated human resources department for the bank holding company, with a collective employee base of more than 12,000 employees in 12 states. Previous to Zions, she developed and led global executive recruiting, talent development and succession strategy for Raytheon. In this role, she secured and developed the executive leadership for over 400 titles required for Raytheon to meet its business and financial objectives in an intensely competitive defense market.
