Seasoned Tech Leader Pavel Sladek Joins Logmanager as CTO to Boost Software Development

With proven experience scaling one of Europe's most successful startups, Sladek is set to drive the next phase of Logmanager's cybersecurity platform.

PRAGUE, May 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Logmanager, a vendor of an integrated log management platform recognized for its radical simplicity, has strengthened its leadership team with Pavel Sladek as CTO. Former VP Engineering at Socialbakers brings more than 20 years of experience to the company with the goal of advancing its software engineering.

At Logmanager, Sladek will join forces with another notable figure from the European startup scene, Jiri Tobola. Tobola previously led Flowmon Networks, the first Czech university startup to successfully exit (acquired in 2020 by the American company Kemp, now Progress Software).

Tobola, serving as CEO of Logmanager, will form a strong leadership duo with Sladek, focusing on driving the company's global expansion in technology, processes, and business operations.

Sladek joins Logmanager from Braiins, where he served as CTO following his tenure at the startup Socialbakers. Socialbakers was acquired by Astute (now Emplifi) in 2020 in a transaction valued at tens of millions USD.

Sladek has more than two decades of experience building and managing technical teams, introducing agile methodologies, and aligning development processes with business objectives. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building all-around technical teams, covering areas from development and QA to DevOps, IT operations, and security.
