The event will take place in the National Press Club's historic Ballroom (529 14th St NW 13th floor Washington, D.C. 20045) from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m.
General admission tickets are $150 per person. For an additional $50 guests can enjoy a three-course meal in the Club's restaurant The Fourth Estate (www.press.org/fourthestate).
The event will feature an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. The attire is black-tie optional.
Doc Scantlin and His Imperial Palms Orchestra are the gold-standard of New Year's entertainment. For many years they rang in the New Year at New York's Rainbow Room. Doc's whole ensemble offers a memorable evening of musical entertainment.
