Cohen, the 20th U.S. Secretary of Defense, CEO of The Cohen Group, and Board Director at CBS Corporation, will deliver a keynote address at the MetricStream GRC Summit 2014. The event will be held from April 29 – May 1, 2014 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A.

Mr. Cohen served as the 20th U.S. Secretary of Defense under President Bill Clinton from January 1997 to January 2001, where he oversaw the largest organization in the U.S. In this role, Secretary Cohen successfully modernized the military, reversed a decline in defense budgets, and led various military operations around the world. Secretary Cohen was the first republican elected official under a democratic president chosen to serve as a member of the President's cabinet.

Prior to his role as Secretary of Defense, Mr. Cohen was a three-term U.S. Senator, recognized as a leading expert on important issues including defense, foreign relations, health care, and government procurement. He also served in the U.S. House of Representatives for three terms (1973 to 1979) and as mayor of Bangor, Maine (1971 to 1972). After 31 years of public service, Secretary Cohen's legacy remains that of unrivaled accomplishment, integrity, and strong relationships with business and government leaders across America and around the globe.
