"Guarded Exchange, LLC fits perfectly with our software-based, high-tech product set, and represents our seventeenth technology-based acquisition in the last 32 months – clearly the broadest set of products offered by a single company in the corrections and law enforcement sector."

"Guarded Exchange software allows corrections and law enforcement to interface with information residing in databases to provide a comprehensive social link analysis, and uses live Investigative Analysts to monitor offender calls," said Steve Schneider and Steve Dean, co-owners of Guarded Exchange. "We staff our secure Investigative Center with Licensed Private Investigators and our facility customers can be assured that trained, professional personnel are the assets aiding in their investigations. In addition, we also provide Digital Forensic Services for recovered cell phones, computers, and other digital devices utilizing focused technologies for the individual situation. We staff that area with Certified Forensic Examiners and the right tools to get good results."
