Enterprise Communications Technology Leader Send Word Now Acquires Group Messaging Company One Call Now

NEW YORK, Aug. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Send Word Now®, the worldwide leader in enterprise communications, emergency notification and mobile collaboration, announced today its acquisition of Dayton, Ohio-based mass notification provider, One Call Now. An affiliate of MSD Partners, L.P. provided financing for the transaction. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

The acquisition builds on both companies' strong track records of growth, while creating a full-spectrum of offerings for both critical and routine communications.
