Partnership Brings Sender One's Indoor Climbing and Coaching Expertise to the Continued Evolution of COROS' Climbing Technology

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sender One Climbing, a leading Southern California climbing gym operator, and COROS, a sports technology wearables company, are proud to announce a partnership to advance how climbers use wearable technology to understand their training and progression. Through the partnership, Sender One staff and coaches will provide ongoing feedback to help COROS refine how its watches track and support climbers' training, performance, and recovery.

While wearables have become an integral part of how athletes track performance, their use in climbing is still emerging. Climbing requires unique measurements that go beyond many traditional fitness metrics. COROS currently offers Outdoor Climb, Indoor Climb, and Bouldering modes, and is actively developing and refining climbing-specific features designed around each discipline to provide additional insights climbers care about, such as route grades, climbing volume, active versus rest periods, recovery, and progression over time.
