Senior HP And VMware Leader Ofer Ben-David Named Jive's Executive Vice President Of Engineering

PALO ALTO, Calif., Dec. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Jive Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: JIVE) today named Ofer Ben-David as its new executive vice president of engineering. In this role, Mr. Ben-David will lead Jive's global software development organization as it accelerates the next phase of innovation with rapid engineering iteration across Jive's industry-leading enterprise communication and collaboration solutions.

Mr. Ben-David's experience, spanning nearly twenty years, includes full lifecycle product development, engineering and global operations for large scale on-premise and cloud enterprise software solutions. He will join Jive on December 19 and report directly to Ms. Steele.
