Senkron Secures Try 51 M From Gem Global Yield Fund
ISTANBUL, March 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Senkron Güvenlik ve İletişim Sistemleri A.Ş., ("Senkron") has signed a funding facility for TRY 47 million under a Share Subscription Facility (SSF) and warrant agreement (the Agreement) with GEM Global Yield Fund, the private alternative investment group.
This TRY 51 million will be raised from a combination of instruments., TRY 47,000,000 in capital from SSF and TRY 4,053,000 from the Company issuing 2,100,000 warrants that can be exercised within five years by GEM Global Yield Fund at a price which represents TRY 1.93 per share.
This new agreement will be used to reinforce and strengthen the working capital of the company.
