Grady LICSW as Director of Clinical Services. Susan has a distinguished career spanning over 35 years in the field of Mental Health and Addiction treatment. Prior to joining the Summit team, she was the Director of Ambulatory services at NFI MA, managing nine programs including Driver Alcohol Education, Medication Management, and Outpatient Services. Susan is uniquely positioned to manage Serenity at Summit New England in its delivery of a truly holistic and personalized approach for each patient.
