Serial Entrepreneur and Strategy Specialist Michael Cummings Named Faculty Director of Babson College's Fast Track MBA Program

WELLESLEY, Mass., May 7, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Serial entrepreneur and Strategy Lecturer Michael Cummings has been named Faculty Director of the Babson College Fast Track MBA program.

He is the founder of LTC Group, a Massachusetts corporation that owns and operates long-term care facilities. In addition, Cummings founded Health Force of Fall River, a provider of in-home nursing services, and Image Scan, a manufacturer of industrial bar code labels and related identification products. Cummings served as the United States General Manager of Tyco Identification Products and was a financial analyst for General Foods Corporation and American Tourister Luggage.

Cummings is currently a Lecturer in the Management Division who teaches Strategy at both the Undergraduate and Graduate levels. His research interests center around public policy issues that impact the Massachusetts Health Care industry as they relate to organizational performance and survival. Cummings has taught in the Fast Track program and will continue to teach in Fast Track while he leads the program.
