Serten Advisors Announces Two New Transactions Totaling Over 30,000 SF For The United States Pharmacopeial Convention

The USP is a global health organization that improves lives through public standards and related programs that help ensure the quality, safety, and benefit of medicines and foods.  Serten advised The U. S. Pharmacopeial Convention on the expansion of its Rockville, MD campus and the acquisition of a new external and government affairs office at the Homer Building in Washington DC.  The USP will be expanding its campus in September 2016 into 28,510 SF in 5635 Fishers Lane, a development of the JBG Companies located adjacent to USP's headquarters. The new Washington DC legislative affairs office, in the historic Homer Building, is expected to be completed by October 2016.
