The acquisition adds a second Puget Sound location, strengthens restoration capacity across Western Washington, and creates new local jobs.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ServiceMaster Restoration Alliance of Tacoma (DBA ServiceMaster of Tacoma), an Elite ServiceMaster franchise serving six counties across Western Washington, today announced the acquisition of ServiceMaster Total Cleaning Service of Redmond, Washington. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquired operation will do business as ServiceMaster Restore of Kirkland, giving the company a permanent Eastside base and expanding its ability to serve residential and commercial customers across King County. The location also establishes a forward position for service into Snohomish County and the north end of the Puget Sound corridor.
