Servigistics Honors Clients for Service Lifecycle Management Excellence at EXCHANGE North America 2012

The "Service Lifecycle Management Excellence" awards honor a prestigious group of clients that have successfully leveraged service to transform their operations and dramatically improve revenues, profitability and customer service levels. This year's award winners were selected for demonstrating excellence in Field-based SLM, Depot-based SLM, Dealer-based SLM, Performance-based SLM and Overall Service Lifecycle Management.
The "Overall Service Lifecycle Management Excellence" award recognizes a Servigistics client that has excelled in leveraging technology to integrate two or more disparate service business process flows to achieve new heights in service operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall service profitability. The 2012 Overall Excellence in SLM award was presented to EMC, which leverages Servigistics Service Parts Management and Field Service extensively in their service operations.
The 2012 Servigistics "SLM Excellence" award winners are:

This award was given in the memory of another one of Servigistics' founding EAB members, Diane Mazuroski, who was the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Air Canada. Diane was a visionary and thought leader in Service Lifecycle Management and her passion and leadership was instrumental in founding Servigistics' EAB. The award will be presented each year to a current EAB member who, over the previous year, most demonstrated the qualities that Diane embodied: a passion for excellence, spirit of partnership, and pursuit of innovation.
