New Executive Appointments:

• David ("Dave") Arnold, Chief Financial Officer – Arnold joins sFOX with more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership, including roles at Deloitte, JP Morgan, Visa, Boku, Udemy, and Routeware. He has executed over 30 M&A transactions and two IPOs, including assisting with Visa's landmark listing and playing a pivotal role in Boku's listing on the London Stock Exchange. Arnold will oversee financial strategy and operations, bringing deep expertise in scaling high-growth fintech firms. Arnold holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a BS in Accounting & Finance from the University of Connecticut, and is a registered CPA.

He brings over 20 years of legal, compliance, and leadership experience across fintech and digital assets, including senior roles at Forte Labs and OANDA. As a founding executive at Boku, he led the legal, compliance, and HR functions. • Diana Pires, Vice President of Sales –Pires oversees global sales strategy and institutional client engagement. She brings over 15 years of experience across traditional finance, digital assets, and Web3, with a proven track record of scaling businesses from the ground up to multimillion-dollar revenue across three continents. Her expertise uniquely bridges the worlds of traditional finance and crypto infrastructure. • Mark Britto, Advisor – Britto is a renowned fintech entrepreneur and executive who founded and served as CEO of Boku, a leading global mobile payments and local payment methods platform. He served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Credit at PayPal, and later as Chief Product Officer, where he oversaw PayPal's end‑to‑end product and engineering functions, scaling merchant and consumer offerings worldwide. Over his career, Britto has led multi‑billion‑dollar initiatives across digital commerce, payments, and financial services.
