Exploring the Evolution of Oriental Rug Textures
For the upcoming market, S&H Rugs is excited to highlight the incredible evolution of innovative finishing techniques. The artistry involved in producing pure silk, distressed, and high-and-low hand-knotted Oriental rugs has reached new heights this season. The interaction of these luminous materials creates a brilliant patina that heightens the design.
Additionally, S&H Rugs is responding to a beautiful shift toward sensory-driven, contemporary aesthetics. The industry is heavily embracing raw, earthy elements paired with sustainable materials. The new collections reflect a deconstructed, wabi-sabi look, utilizing high-density construction that allows for crisp detailing and a sophisticated sheen.
