Robert has spent his career as a leader at the forefront of the research industry. In addition to starting his own market research company, he has led teams at Harris Interactive, Ispos, Hall & Partners and most recently, NPD Group. There he was responsible for defining growth strategy, optimizing team structure and providing thought leadership for methodology development.
