Shari's Management Corporation Names Restaurant Industry Veteran Samuel Borgese President & CEO
Borgese Brings Over Two Decades of Leadership, Branding Acumen
BEAVERTON, Ore., Sept. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Shari's Management Corporation announced today that Samuel Borgese will become President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Borgese has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of several large restaurant chains and holding companies. Shari's Management Corporation manages Shari's Café & Pies, the largest full-service family dining chain based in the Pacific Northwest with 95 locations throughout Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nebraska and Wyoming.

Borgese's background includes tenure as the Chief Executive Officer and President of LRI Holdings, Inc., and prior to that he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Logan's Roadhouse, Inc., a subsidiary of LRI Holdings, Inc. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Max Brenner International, Charlie Brown's Corporation, Carrows Restaurants Inc. and Coco's Bakery Restaurants Inc. Borgese also sits on the board of directors of El Pollo Loco.
