Reese, a CFDA member since 1990, debuted her ultra-modern collection to a packed house at ArtBeam Studios during New York Fashion Week. Inspired by the era of women's empowerment, Reese created a collection for the confident woman who shows power through femininity. The collection takes life from a graphic palette of Maasai reds, ebony blacks and cassava whites with the added boldness of vibrant blues. Innovative prints, inspired by traditional African motifs have been flattened and re-scaled to craft fresh, modular shapes into contemporary patterns. There is a nod to 70's tailoring and styles have been finished with macro zippers and chain detailing. Luxe faux fur, fringe and beading also add rich texture.

The SheaMoisture Tahitian Noni & Monoi Smooth & Repair and Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine collections gave me the ability to create a look that had both shine and structure, plus was versatile enough to work on all of the models' hair," shared lead stylist Bok-Hee. The final creation was clean, strong and uniform, accentuating the inspirational ideas of the designer and stylist alike.
