The investment will scale Shift5's operational technology (OT) monitoring capabilities across defense and commercial transportation sectors as organizations face increasing cybersecurity threats and aging infrastructure challenges that demand real-time visibility into critical systems.

The Series C reflects the company's growing momentum in the aviation, rail, maritime, and ground vehicle industries. Since the last raise, Shift5 has:

• Secured major defense contracts, including platform expansion across a military fleet.
• Launched advanced capabilities and offerings, including Predictive Maintenance Module, GPS Integrity Module, Multi-Protocol Bus Interface Card, and Manifold 10.
