 Boston Scientific currently expects the net impact of the transaction on adjusted earnings per share to be immaterial in FY13 and approximately 1c accretive in FY14, and dilutive on a GAAP basis in both years as a result of acquisition-related net charges and amortization, which will be determined subsequent to the closing.

The panels will be delivered by the end of the year for ground-mounted projects in Hebei and Gansu provinces and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Baoding, China-based Yingli said today in a statement. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
