Complete with the ability to pop a cash drawer, process credit cards and print customer receipts, ShopKeep iPad POS now prints orders to the kitchen. For quicker order entry, Smart Memo also utilizes sophisticated predictive text, suggesting previously used notes as orders are entered.
Linking an iPad running the ShopKeep Register to a wireless printer takes just seconds thanks to the app's built-in printer detection. The new kitchen printing features work with the Star Micronics SP700 impact printer , which is available through the ShopKeep.com hardware site.
Existing ShopKeep iPad POS users can access these new features by simply updating their iPad app and new users can download the Shopkeep Register through iTunes or the iPad App Store. The full ShopKeep point of sale solution is available for an affordable monthly subscription of $50/month which also includes unlimited live support and unlimited immediate upgrades.
