Shoreham Resources Announces Name Change to Guyana Frontier Mining Corp.

LANGLEY, BC, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ - Shoreham Resources Ltd. ("Shoreham", or the "Company") (TSX-V: SMH) is pleased to announce that effective following the close of trading on January 28, 2011 it will change its name to Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. ("Guyana Frontier"). The shareholders of Shoreham approved the name change at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting, held in Vancouver, B.C. on November 30, 2010, and the Company has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V"). The common shares of Guyana Frontier will commence trading on the TSX-V under the new name and ticker symbol "GYG" at the opening of business on Monday, January 31, 2011.

Holders of Shoreham's share and warrant certificates do not need to take any action as a result of the name change.

Shoreham also announces that effective January 31, 2011 it will move its head office location from Langley, B.C., Canada, to Vancouver, B.C., Canada. The new address details are as follows:
