Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals

Vitaliy Alperov, CPA, joins the Los Angeles Market as an Associate Manager. Most recently, he was at KPMG as a Senior Associate. Alperov uses his forward-thinking execution and goal-oriented mindset to allow his teams to work together to accomplish the impossible. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting. 

Gaja Arasaratnam, CPA, CA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Manager. He spent the last five years working in industry in London and Sydney. With a unique approach to achieving results in any situation, Arasaratnam facilitates a collaborative and vibrant management approach. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from Macquarie University.

Susan Blake joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate after spending the last four years at EY. Blake attended Babson College for her bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting. She is always thinking one step ahead and motivates those around her toward their individual and cumulative goals.

Jane Cairns, CA, joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. Before joining the Firm, Cairns was a Finance Manager at Mazda Australia and spent six years at PwC. As someone who consistently puts forth the maximum effort, Cairns is eager to tackle the most daunting challenges with enthusiasm and determination. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from the University of Queensland.

Meghan Cartmell joins Siegfried's Sales Operations team as a Senior Associate. Passionate and enthusiastic, Cartmell is committed to being of service to others. Most recently, she was at Variety, the children's charity in Sydney, Australia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in education and her master's degree in literacy from the University of Dayton. 

Yanka Chanenka, CPA, joins the Cleveland Market as a Manager. His consistent and steadfast nature help him bring calm to hectic situations. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting at Loyola University. Most recently, Chanenka was an Assurance Manager at PwC. 

Henry Chao joins the Charlotte Market as a Senior Associate. He attended the University of North Carolina, earning his Master of Science and his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance. Focused and disciplined, Chao makes careful decisions and takes purposeful action. Most recently, he was an Assurance Associate at PwC.

Tyler Cook, CPA, joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate after spending the last three years at RSM. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Penn State University. Cook strives to leave a situation better than when he found it, which he finds often happens through collaboration.

Geoff Curtis joins the Charlotte Market as a Senior Associate. Most recently, Curtis was at Grant Thornton as an Audit Senior. With unique problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with everyone, Curtis is a valuable addition to any workplace. He attended Wake Forest University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and his Master of Science in accountancy.

Fabiana Delfino joins the D.C. Metro Market as an Associate Director. She earned her Bachelor of Business in finance from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil and her bachelor's degree in accounting from Faculdades Rio-Grandenses, also in Brazil. Admired for her ability to quickly engage and earn respect, Delfino focuses on providing exceptional client service at all times. Most recently, she was an Assurance Senior Manager at EY.

Eric Glenn joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as an Associate Manager. Most recently, Glenn was a Senior Auditor at BDO. His confidence, strong communication skills, and captivating personality make it easy for him to quickly integrate into teams. He studied accounting and finance at DeSales University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. 

Adil Javed, CPA, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. Before this, Javed spent three years at Deloitte. His drive for learning, ambition, and excellent work ethic make him a valuable addition to his teams.  Javed earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance at Simon Fraser University.

Aracelis Jones, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Manager. Jones is driven to contribute untraditional, bold thoughts to provide solutions that help clients. She comes to the Firm from Deloitte, where she began her career after earning a Master of Science in accountancy from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from the State University of New York at Paltz.

Steve Jones joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. His hard work ethic and his unique personality help him bring out the best in every team and person he encounters. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Villanova and then began his career at EY, where he was most recently an Audit Senior.

Leon Khodorkovski, CPA, CA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from the University of Alberta and started his career at Deloitte. His innovative and tactile approach to solving problems and his desire to bring out the best in his team help him stand out in the workplace. Khodorkovski was most recently a Manager at Serinus Energy in Calgary, Alberta.

Marina Kitikar, CPA, joins the Houston Market as a Director. After earning her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Houston, she started her career as an auditor at EY and then moved into an industry role at TechnipFMC. As someone who excels at building strong relationships and cultivating a positive team environment, Kitikar consistently empowers her team.

Todd Long joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. Before this, Long was at RSM as a Senior Assurance Associate. He uses a self-reliant approach to problem solving, which allows his team members to devote their effort and energy to their unique skillsets. He studied accounting at Kent State University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Theresa McCluskey joins the South Florida Market as an Associate Manager. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Saint Leo University and was most recently a Senior Associate at PwC. McCluskey finds solutions to problems by keeping calm and focused and infusing that focus to her teammates.

Joe McGuire joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. Before this, McGuire was at EY as an Assurance Senior Associate. With a high level of mental agility, he leads teams to achieve the most daunting goals in a quick and cohesive way. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Indianapolis.

Alex Needelman, CPA, joins the South Florida Market as a Senior Associate. With a charismatic and fun personality, he excels at working collaboratively with others and is not afraid to challenge conventional thinking. Needelman earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Florida State University and his master's degree in accounting from San Diego State University. Most recently, he was a Senior Audit Associate at PwC.

Steve Pilcher, CPA, joins the Chicago Market as a Senior Manager. He comes to the Firm after spending the last three years working in the private equity industry and seven years in public accounting at EY. Pilcher uses his dynamic leadership abilities to build relationships and find innovative solutions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois and his master's degree in accountancy from the University of Virginia.

Joe Rust, CPA, joins the Denver Market as a Senior Associate after spending the past three years at EY in Pittsburgh. A fervent team player and hard worker, Rust earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University.

Dave Simon joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate after spending the last four years at Grant Thornton. Always looking to deliver high-quality results, Simon's outgoing and perceptive personality enable him to form strong relationships and work collaboratively. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accountancy and his Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing at Villanova University.

Ken Sinn joins the Denver Market as a Manager. Most recently, Sinn was an Accounting and Finance Consultant at Xcel Energy. He rejects the idea of "good enough" and uses innovative improvements to workflows to make significant gains. After earning his master's degree in professional accountancy from Illinois State University, he started his career at RSM.

Matthew Spuler joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as an Associate Manager. Most recently, he was at Grant Thornton as a Senior Audit Associate. He finds great joy in helping his clients and working with them to deliver valuable solutions. Spuler earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting and finance from the University of Miami.

Jordan Teller joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. Before this, Teller was an Assurance Senior at EY. Her commitment to the job allows her to demonstrate leadership with a clear vision and helps teams set standards and meet expectations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and Master of Science in accounting from the State University at Buffalo.

Bob Vecchione, CPA, joins the Cleveland Market as a Manager. He has a collaborative approach to solving problems and a strong desire to bring out the best in his teams. Vecchione earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ohio State University and was most recently an Audit Manager at RSM. 

Ely Zamir, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Manager. With drive and passion, Zamir enjoys engaging with clients on their most difficult and sensitive challenges to find creative and efficient win-win solutions. He earned his dual bachelor's in accounting and economics at Rutgers University and is currently completing his master's in finance at Harvard University.
