Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals

WILMINGTON, Del., July 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP (Siegfried) recently convened a group of its newest professionals in Las Vegas.

Siegfried's Orientation program introduces the Firm's extraordinary culture, compelling business model, and interesting and challenging work to its newest professionals. During the multi-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with their new colleagues.

Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, CEO and Founder, and learn about Siegfried's higher purpose: we help people transform themselves into better leaders to exponentially improve their lives.

Ayodeji Adediran joins Siegfried Operations team as an Applications Developer. Adediran attended the University of Ilorin, where he earned his degree in electrical and electronics engineering, and the University of Connecticut, where he earned his degree in computer science and engineering. Most recently, he was the Associate Director of Software Development at The Jewish Federations of North America.

Rakeen Ahmed joins Siegfried Advisory as an Experienced Tax Associate. Resourceful and positive, Ahmed earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting at the University of Delaware. Most recently, he was an Account Manager at WG&S, LLP, where he specialized in wealth management and financial planning.

Patrycja Ariza, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as an Associate Manager. Ariza prides herself on her ability to motivate people to collaborate on projects. She attended Brooklyn College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting, business management and finance. Most recently, she was an Assurance Senior Associate at PwC.

Jason Bazell joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. Bazell's mental agility and versatility allow him to adapt to any situation. He attended Case Western Reserve University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science and his master's degree in accounting. Most recently, he was an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Jessica Boulding, CPA, joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. She exhibits admirable organizational and communication skills that allow her to work collaboratively with her teams. Boulding earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting at West Chester University, and was most recently an Assurance Associate at PwC.

Patrick Charron, CPA, joins the Chicago Market as a Senior Associate. He continually seeks to achieve his team's goals by bringing a high-energy, results-oriented attitude to every environment. He studied finance at Lake Forest College and also attended the University of Illinois for his Master of Science in accountancy. Most recently, Charron was an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Gennette Darty joins the Los Angeles Market as a Senior Associate. Darty's conviction to provide overall client and team success makes her an asset to teams as she provides that assurance of quality. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Villanova University, and was most recently a Senior Associate at EY.

Chanté Dawston, CPA, joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. She brings a positive attitude and embraces change, quickly adjusting to different situations. She attended the University of North Florida, where she earned her Masters of Science in accounting. Most recently, Dawston was an Audit & Assurance Manager at Deloitte.

Sabrina Kareer, CPA, CA, joins the San Francisco Market as a Manager. Warm-hearted and knowledgeable, Kareer has a reputation for consistently exceeding expectations and is motivated by opportunities to help her clients and teams surpass their goals. She attended York University for her Bachelor of Business Administration. Most recently, Kareer was in the Audit and Assurance Group at PwC.

Kendale King, CPA, joins the Los Angeles Market as a Senior Associate. King aims to lead by example and encourages active participation from others to deliver effective and efficient results. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Morehouse College and his master's in accounting from Cleveland State University. Most recently, King was a Senior Associate at Deloitte.

Ella Koffi, CPA, joins the Atlanta Market as a Senior Associate. She possesses strong mental agility, enabling her to be flexible and adapt to any situation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from the University of Minnesota and was most recently a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG.

Zack Nall, CPA, joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. He always seeks out an innovative solution, thinking outside-of-the-box for the most efficient and effective path forward. He attended Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting, as well as his Master of Science in accounting. Most recently, Nall was an Investment Accounting Senior Associate at BlackRock.

Thomas Parchen joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration in public accounting from Pace University. Parchen's strong analytic ability and confidence allow him to creatively add distinct value for his clients. Most recently, he served as an Assurance Associate at PwC.

Mattia Pastore joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. A quick learner with high standards, Pastore attended Pace University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting. Most recently, Pastore was an Assurance Senior at EY.
