Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP (Siegfried) recently convened a group of its newest professionals in Philadelphia, PA for Orientation.

Siegfried's Orientation program introduces the Firm's extraordinary culture, compelling business model, and interesting and challenging work to its newest professionals. During the multi-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with their new colleagues.

Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, CEO and Founder, to better immerse themselves in Siegfried's higher purpose, which is to help people transform themselves into better leaders to exponentially improve their lives.

Neil Black, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Manager. His positive attitude and chemistry allow him to motivate himself and others to meet deadlines and accomplish goals. Black earned his bachelor's degree in accounting at Bryant University and his master's degree in accountancy at Queens College. He was most recently at KPMG as an Audit Manager.

Alexander Daudier joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. He applies an innovative approach to challenges by leading others to find new ways of thinking. Daudier earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on accounting from Monmouth University. He started his career at PwC and was most recently a Senior Accountant at RWJBarnabas Health.

Lindsay Faulstich, CPA, joins Siegfried Advisory as a Senior Manager in the company's tax practice. A results-driven professional, Faulstich brings her strong technical tax background and an enthusiastic commitment to her client engagements. Prior to Siegfried, she worked for several public accounting firms and in private equity.

Kelli Griffiths joins the Boston Market as an Associate Manager. Confident in her ability to analyze, execute, and communicate the results of her work, Griffiths compels her teams to obtain goals. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Connecticut, started her career at Deloitte, and was most recently a Financial Reporting Analyst at DentaQuest.

Juliette Guzman, CPA, joins the Chicago Market as a Manager. Driven and passionate, she maintains her strong flexibility and mental agility to ensure assignments are completed efficiently. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at Capilano University, and after spending several years at EY, was most recently a Manager at Riveron Consulting, LLC.

TJ Henzgen, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. His passion and accountability help drive success for his clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado, and was most recently an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Joe Jablonski, CPA, joins the Denver Market as an Associate Manager. By employing a cordial and respectable leadership style, he empowers his teams to deliver the best quality and achieve success by adhering to the highest standards. Jablonski attended Miami University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting, and was most recently a Deals Practice Senior Associate at PwC.

Christine Liu, CPA, CA, joins the San Francisco Market as a Manager. She enjoys working within a team and has a strong work ethic, which allows her to continually exceed expectations. Liu earned her Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Western Ontario, started her career at KPMG, and was most recently an Associate Corporate Controller at Apollo Management International LLP.

James Loewen, CPA, CA, joins the Chicago Market as an Associate Manager. He thrives in forward-thinking environments and takes pride in the quality of work that he provides each and every time. Loewen earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, started his career at Deloitte, and was most recently a Financial Controller at Trakopolis IoT Corp.

Nico Lombard, CA, joins the San Jose Market as an Associate Manager. His dependability allows him to succeed in any challenge, while his mutual respect and kindness allow for the establishment of key relationships. Lombard earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting at Stellenbosch University, and was most recently a Financial Controller at Cape Construction LLC.

Stephanie Miner joins the Denver Market as a Manager. An emotionally-intelligent professional, she continuously exceeds expectations both personally and professionally. Miner earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, started her career at KPMG, and was most recently a Controller for Madison International Realty.

Borislava Ilieva joins the Detroit Market as a Senior Associate. She has the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and challenges to meet deadlines. Ilieva earned her Master of Science in accounting from Walsh College and her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Wayne State University. Most recently, she was an Assurance Experienced Associate at PwC.

Erica Palag, CPA, joins the Los Angeles Market as a Manager. Committed to better understanding her teammates and clients, Palag can lead more effectively and provide valuable insights. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, started her career at Grant Thornton, and was most recently an Audit Manager at EY.

Scott Rettino, CA, joins the New York Metro Market as an Associate Manager. He has great confidence in communicating effectively with key stakeholders across all divisions to understand issues and deliver outstanding results. Rettino earned his bachelor's degree in accountancy from RMIT in Australia, and was most recently a Financial Accountant at Infrastructure Capital Group.

Tish Worton joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as a Senior Associate. Her commitment and leadership skills render her a true difference maker and a crucial part of every project. Derer studied accounting at Monmouth University, where she earned her bachelor's and master's degrees. Most recently, she was an Experienced Audit Associate at PwC.
