Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals From Across the Country

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy, and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

On the first night in Las Vegas, a welcome reception was held at the Chandelier Bar. For the remainder of the week, the orientation group was joined by members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, as well as colleagues from their respective regions, for dinners and a reception at Bamboo pool.

After orientation activities concluded, the group joined nearly the entire Firm for the third
MY Journey™ event of 2016 and Siegfried's first National Summit in several years.

Central Region

Sarah Bishop joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. She sets high goals and approaches objectives in a focused manner. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Kent State University and was most recently a Senior Accountant at EY.

Dan Frantz, CPA, joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. He possesses strong logical reasoning skills and an ability to think creatively to transform complex issues into practical solutions. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in management and finance from Walsh University and his master's degree in accounting from Cleveland State University. Most recently, he was a Senior Accountant at Maloney + Novotny, LLC.

Eric Glass joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. Ambitious and confident, he has the drive to provide quality work and tackle difficult situations. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Temple University. Most recently, he was a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton.

Jon Guerrieri, CPA, CFE, joins the Philadelphia Market as an Associate Manager. He is a high-performing professional who thrives in challenging and dynamic environments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting and legal studies from Drexel University. Most recently, he was an Internal Auditor at the University of Pennsylvania.

Stefania Mancino joins the Philadelphia Market as Senior Associate. She prides herself on her commitment to achieve outstanding results. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Saint Joseph's University. Most recently, she was an Audit-In-Charge at Deloitte.

Glyka Papaspanos joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. She possesses an innate ability to understand the ideas and feelings of others and help them feel valued. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Drexel University and was most recently a Senior Associate at PwC.

Melissa Schroeder, CPA, joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. Her strong leadership skills enable her to collaborate with her team to provide effective solutions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting, her Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems, and her master's in accounting and professional consultancy from Villanova University. Most recently, she was an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Mike Tilton joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. He integrates quickly into any team and brings people together to produce quality work. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Saint Joseph's University and was most recently an Audit Senior Associate at BDO. 

Josie Wismar, CPA, joins the Detroit Market as an Associate Manager. Motivated by deadlines, Josie works with her team to ensure project objectives are met. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in accounting and her Bachelor of Art in French from Bowling Green State University. Most recently, she was an Assurance Senior Associate at BDO.

Tiffany Chen, CPA, joins the New York Market as a Manager. She brings a positive outlook and strong work ethic to each engagement. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from The Ohio State University and was most recently a Controller at Ports 1961 USA Inc.

Patrick Dwyer, CA, joins the New York Market as an Associate Manager. Detail-oriented, he consistently displays a positive attitude that builds strong team dynamics and enables the team to achieve its goals. He earned his Bachelor of Business in accounting from RMIY in Australia and was most recently a Finance Manager at Aviva PLC.

Will Harris, CA, joins the New York Market as a Senior Associate. He consistently looks for new and efficient ways to implement processes and solve problems. Dan Schwartz joins the New York Market as a Senior Associate. Confident and innovative, Dan is a natural leader. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration with concentrations in both accounting and finance from Northeastern University and was most recently a Senior-in-Charge at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause.

Dan Senske, CPA joins the New York Market as Senior Associate. He commits himself to the timely completion of his tasks and is driven to search for efficiencies and earn the trust of his colleagues. He earned his bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from Penn State University. Most recently, he was an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Ali Stamm joins the New York Market as a Market Associate. She has a strong sense of poise and self-assurance and works hard to make the most of any interaction. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and her master's in business taxation from the University of Southern California, and was most recently a Senior Associate for PwC.

South Region

Tracy Nguyen, CPA, joins the Charlotte Market as a Senior Associate. She has developed a mature and responsible approach to any project, and is proud of her commitment to exceed expectations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and business administration from Washington and Lee University, and was most recently an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Temple Ofikulu joins the Charlotte Market as an Associate Manager. She adapts quickly to change and embraces challenging projects with a positive attitude. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and business administration from Lee University. Most recently, she was an Assurance Senior Associate at PwC.

Margaux Samis, CPA, CA, joins the D.C. Market as an Associate Manager. She brings a positive outlook and strong work ethic to each project and motivates her team to deliver customized solutions.
