Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals From Across the Country

Siegfried's orientation program introduces Professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy, and interesting and challenging work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with their new colleagues. Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

"During your career you've gained a lot of knowledge, and as a result, you've decided to join our Firm. And we appreciate you for that," Siegfried said as he addressed the group.  

A welcome reception was held at the Logan's Commons Lounge. For the remainder of the week, the orientation group was joined by members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, as well as colleagues from their respective regions, for group dinners at Barclay's Prime, Butcher and Singer, and Ocean Prime.

Central Region

Rafal Blawat, CPA, CA, joins the Chicago Market as a Manager. Committed to helping his teams and obtaining results, Blawat maintains a positive attitude at all times. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and was most recently a Manager at Deloitte.

Nicole Colapietro joins the Detroit Market as a Senior Associate. She consistently remains forward-thinking, always looking for new ways to improve efficiencies and further a client's initiatives and goals. Colapietro earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Wayne State University and was most recently a Senior Associate at PwC.

Tyler Collison, CPA, joins the Philadelphia Metro Market as an Associate Manager. He has an outgoing personality that allows him to form meaningful relationships with his teams and keep everyone focused on the end goal. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Rutgers University and was most recently a Senior Assurance Associate at EY.

Northeast Region

Peter Dion joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. Focused on bringing efficiencies to the workplace, he creates trusting and strong relationships with everyone around him. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus on accounting from the University of Massachusetts and most recently worked at PwC.

Angela Fussell, CPA, joins the Boston Market as a Senior Manager. Her mental agility and flexibility compel her to carefully think things through and adjust her game plan to deliver the desired outcome. Fussell earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus on accountancy from California State University – San Marcos and was most recently an Audit Manager at Deloitte.

Emily Greco joins the Greenwich Market as a Senior Associate. Passionate about her work, Greco brings confidence and ingenuity to every project. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting at Quinnipiac University and was most recently an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Michael Lepatsky, CPA, CA, joins the New York Metro Market as an Associate Manager. He brings out the best in his teams and understands that, while we all seek to provide excellent service, we are stronger together. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and his Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from the University of Alberta. Most recently, Lepatsky was a Senior Associate at EY.

Alice Liang, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. She is a dedicated professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. Liang earned her master's in accounting and her Bachelor of Science in accounting from The Ohio State University's Fischer College of Business. Most recently, she was an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Ting Lin, CPA, joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. She prides herself on her enthusiastic attitude toward accomplishing goals and forming strong bonds. Lin earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and her master's degree in accountancy from Bradley University's Foster College of Business. Most recently, she was an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Allyson McGill joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. Her consistency, flexibility, and work ethic make her a true difference maker and an asset to every project. McGill earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and was most recently a Senior Audit Associate at RSM US LLP.

Oksana Shevchuk, MBA, joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. Committed to creating positive change, Shevchuk users her mental agility and courage to see obstacles as opportunities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in translation studies and comparative linguistics from Ivan Frank Lviv National University in the Ukraine and her Master of Business Administration in taxation from the University of Southern Maine. Most recently, she was a Senior Audit Associate at Grant Thornton.

Kerry Sullivan, MSA, joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. He establishes trust on any engagement, and shapes decisions and inspires his teams to achieve aggressive targets. He earned his Master of Accountancy from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in financial information analysis from Clarkson University School of Business. Sullivan most recently worked as a Senior Technical Accountant at Raytheon Company.

South Region

Anna Broderick, ACA, joins the D.C. Market as a Senior Associate. She inspires those around her to move forward, helping clients achieve their overall goals in a positive and motivating environment. Broderick earned her Bachelor of International Commerce and her Bachelor of Arts in French from National University of Ireland, Galway and was most recently a Senior Associate at KPMG in Dublin.

Christian Desharnais, CPA, CA, joins the South Florida Market as Senior Associate. Exceeding expectations for trust and reliability, Desharnais employs a well-balanced approach that incorporates problem solving, client satisfaction, and an enjoyable environment. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Simon Fraser University and was most recently a Senior Accountant at Grant Thornton.

Jordy Kane, CPA, joins the D.C. Market as a Senior Associate. Kane looks to tackle even the most daunting obstacles with a combination of precise planning, efficient collaboration, and maximum individual effort. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Delaware and was most recently a Fund Controller at Sterling Partners.

Keji Okelola, CPA joins the D.C. Market as a Senior Associate. In her career, Okelola has proven to be calm and methodical in her understanding of challenges and can quickly identify a logical solution. She earned her MBA in general business and her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Howard University. Most recently, she was an Audit Senior Associate at KPMG.

Brandon Robinson, CPA, joins the Atlanta Market as a Manager. His unwavering confidence, positive attitude, and decisive ability to find solutions enables his clients to achieve their goals with exceptional results. He earned his master's degree in accounting and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Most recently, he was Manager of Accounting at HD Supply.

Johnathan Worley, CPA, joins the Charlotte Market as a Senior Associate. He integrates quickly into any team, brings people together, and completes work that exceeds expectations. Worley earned his undergraduate degree in finance and his master's degree in accountancy at the University of North Carolina – Wilmington. Most recently, he was a Senior Associate at EY.

Kaly Yeske, CPA, CA, joins the D.C. Market as a Senior Manager. Her natural leadership capabilities allow her to build trusting relationships with project teams. Yeske earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and, after spending several years at PwC, was most recently the Director of Financial Accounting at Edmonton Airports.

West Region

Daniel Abdo, CPA, CA, MPAcc, joins the Denver Market as a Senior Associate. He loves tackling complex issues and confidently providing innovative ideas that are game changers. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and his master's degree in professional accountancy from the University of Saskatchewan. Most recently, Abdo was a Senior Associate at PwC.

Sandro Arellano joins the Los Angeles Market as a Senior Associate. He strives to produce quality work whole sharing his experiences and insights with those around him. Arellano earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus on accounting from California State University and was most recently a Senior Associate at KPMG.

Amitojh Dhanda, CPA, CA, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. She always brings a positive attitude and leverages her superior communication skills to form meaningful relationships. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and was most recently a Senior Staff Accountant at EY.

Pedrum Golestani, CPA, CA, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. He excels at leading teams to reach success in a wide variety of situations and client engagements. Golestani earned his Bachelor of Science in general science and his diploma of accounting from the University of British Columbia. Most recently, he was a Senior Accountant at Deloitte.

Jason Lai, CPA, joins the San Francisco Market as a Senior Associate. He is an excellent team player who enjoys sharing ideas and coaching team members on assignments and in their careers. Lai earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California – Davis, and was most recently a Senior Accountant at EY.

Evan Lamb, CPA, joins the San Francisco Market as a Senior Associate. He takes ownership in his work, enjoys collaborating in a team atmosphere, and seeks challenging and engaging projects. Lamb earned his Bachelor of Arts in business economics and accounting from the University of California – Santa Barbara and was most recently a Senior Audit Associate at Haskell & White, LLP. 

Siegfried Advisory

Scott Dentremont joins Siegfried Advisory as a Senior Associate. He has developed a well-rounded mindset for all types of financial situations, and always looks for ways to keep every day interesting. Dentremont earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting and his MBA in business analytics from West Chester University, and was most recently a Senior Associate at Horty & Horty, P.A.

Alison Quinn, CPA, joins Siegfried Advisory as a Senior Tax Manager. Quinn is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and forming long-lasting relationships. She earned her bachelor's degree at Goldey-Beacom College and was most recently a Tax Director at Wilmington Trust.

Siegfried Operations

Franklyn Pinnock joins Siegfried Operations as an Applications Developer in the Firm's Manhattan office. Pinnock brings a well-rounded and positive attitude to every interaction and strives to consistently deliver the most impactful results. He earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Illinois and was most recently a Senior IT Manager and Application Developer at Marburn Stores, Inc.
