Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals to its Leadership Team

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held in the Westin's Library on the first night of orientation, and later in the week, the group enjoyed a dinner at McCormick & Schmick's and an evening at Lucky Strike bowling alley.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Dave Brisbane, Carrie Hobt, and Nick Roby to its National Market Leadership Team.

Dave Brisbane

Dave joins the Philadelphia and Cleveland Markets as a Market Associate. Dave is a proud Hawk alumnus from Saint Joseph's University, where he received his degree in marketing. Upon graduation, he spent time with Verizon Telecomm as a Business Solutions Manager and with LaFrance Corporation as a Marketing Associate.

Dave is excited to channel his bright personality during Siegfried's networking events and help build the firm's growing reputation. He said, "I'm looking forward to the experiences ahead of me. My 'outside-the-box' way of thinking will make me an asset to the Firm and I can't wait to learn from the many dedicated and intelligent people alongside me."

In his free time, Dave is a very passionate photographer, stays active with sports, and enjoys his opportunities to travel. When not busy behind the camera, Dave spends his time with his closest friends cheering for the Saint Joe's Hawks, Phillies, Sixers, and Eagles.

Carrie Hobt

Carrie joins the Chicago Market as a Market Associate. Before coming to Siegfried, Carrie gained two years of account management experience at Echo Global Logistics, with a primary focus of transportation in the retail sector. She earned her bachelor's degree in communication studies with a minor in Spanish language from Saint Mary's College. She joined Siegfried because "of the strong value they place on both personal and professional development, which is a unique concept that they truly follow through on."

After studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain in college, Carrie caught the travel bug and has visited the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. She hopes to travel to South America in the near future. As a newer resident of Chicago, Carrie enjoys exploring the city's diverse neighborhoods and checking out new restaurants, nature trails, and live music.

Nick Roby

Nick joins the Charlotte and South Florida Markets as a Market Associate. Prior to joining Siegfried, Nick spent more than four years with Sherpa as a Strategic Recruiting Manager. Before that, he worked in public accounting with PwC and Grant Thornton. He earned his degree from Elon University in 2007.

"After spending more than a year as an agency partner recruiting for Siegfried, attending many MY Journey™ events, and experiencing the family culture of the Firm, I realized I had actually recruited myself," he said.

Nick is a big sports fan, particularly college basketball and the University of Maryland. He loves golf and tries to play once a week. He also plays in a competitive softball league.
