Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals to its Northeast Region

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about Siegfried, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Importantly, all new employees are given the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held at the Mandarin Oriental hotel's pool deck on the first night of orientation, and during the remainder of the week, the group enjoyed dinners at restaurants such as Nobu, Delmonico Steakhouse and Costa di Mare.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Sunny Cho, Katya Nadudzik and Madlena Saakova to its Northeast region.

Sunny Cho
Sunny joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from Calgary, Alberta, where he gained more than four years of audit experience at PwC and more than a year of tax experience at BDO Canada. He earned his Bachelor of Economics at the Chonnam National University in South Korea. During his third year of college, he studied in Japan as an exchange student.

He leverages his superior communication skills to form meaningful relationships with those around him and produce quality results. "I saw a greater opportunity to help my clients by working with them directly, rather than being an auditor," he said. "At the same time, I could develop professionally and personally."

Sunny taught Tae Kwon Do in Calgary, and hopes to begin teaching again soon. And although he will miss spending time with his family, he looks forward to new experiences and adapting to a new culture in the United States.

Katya Nadudzik
Katya joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where she gained three years of audit experience with a primary focus in the technology and pharmaceutical industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University.

An exceptional professional with a positive attitude, Katya effectively and efficiently solves complex problems. She enjoys working in diverse environments and brings confidence, strong work ethic and leadership to every engagement. She said she joined Siegfried because she likes "working on multiple challenging projects alongside dedicated, intelligent people."

Originally from Belarus, Katya enjoys traveling and sees her family often. She tries to explore a new country or two every year. She also loves playing sports, and salsa and bachata dancing.

Madlena Saakova
Madlena returns to Siegfried as a Senior Manager in the Short Hills Market. Previously, Madlena worked as a Controller at Transfast, LLC, where she managed a global accounting and finance department. She earned her Master of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and her Master of Science in Economics and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kubansky State University in Russia.

Madlena's enthusiastic and proactive approach to finding the best solutions allows her to contribute true value to her clients. "Working with various clients to solve challenging problems, learning from highly intelligent people and having the ability to travel for work is why I wanted to return to Siegfried," she said.

During her free time, Madlena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling and soccer.
