Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals to its Northeast Region

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held at the Four Seasons' Wit & Wisdom restaurant on the first night of orientation, and during the remainder of the week, the group enjoyed a meal at Cinghiale and a lively dinner cruise aboard the Spirit of Baltimore.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Sam Mailloux, Emily Ozorio and Jordan Papadinis to its Northeast Region.  

Sam Mailloux, CPA
Sam, a Certified Public Accountant, joins the New York Metro Market as a Senior Associate. Before coming to Siegfried, Sam was at Deloitte for more than four years, primarily focusing on external audits of hedge funds and private equity clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Wagner College, and he is currently working towards his Master of Science in Accounting degree at the same college.

Sam takes satisfaction in generating a quality work product and enjoys a diverse work environment. He utilizes his positive attitude, commitment and organizational skills to ultimately execute his project plan. "I joined Siegfried because I'm a people person who genuinely enjoys helping others. Also, Siegfried encourages employees to meet new people and take on new challenges — which are paramount to a young professional's success," he said.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys being outdoors and isn't picky about if it's the beach or the mountains. He runs, bikes, lifts, and plays golf, backgammon and hockey. Previously, he taught under privileged children basic hockey skills and helped them learn to skate. Sam looks forward to completing the process of joining Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. 

Emily Ozorio, CPA
Emily, a Certified Public Accountant, joins the Short Hills Market as a Senior Manager. Most recently, she was a Controller at Soundview Paper Company. Prior to that, she was an assurance senior with BDO. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from William Paterson University.

Emily's commitment to excellence, coupled with her nurturing nature, bring out people's enthusiasm and motivation to deliver results. "I am so excited to work alongside professionals I admire and am ready to lean all the way in," she said.

An adventurer, Emily enjoys experiencing different parts of the world through food and equally enjoys trying to recreate dishes for her friends and family. She has trekked through all of Central America with the exception of El Salvador and Guatemala, and as a certified scuba diver, enjoys exploring the ocean wherever she goes.  

Jordan Papadinis, CPA
Jordan, a Certified Public Accountant, joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. Jordan previously worked at BlumShapiro, where he gained more than four years of public accounting experience auditing privately held businesses across a variety of different industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Masters in Professional Accountancy from Bryant University.

Jordan's positive attitude and diligent work ethic help him create a results-driven work environment aimed at exceeding expectations. Jordan is thrilled to be joining the Siegfried team knowing that he will be working hand-in-hand with clients while gaining invaluable experience working on a variety of challenging projects.

Outside of the office, if he's not on the basketball court, Jordan can be found on the golf course, watching re-runs of The Office, or seeking potential NBA trades to get the Boston Celtics back to the NBA finals.
