Siegfried Welcomes Three New Associate Directors to its National Market Leadership Team in its Central Region

Mallory Frantz, Carrie Hobt, and Matt Wikler recently completed an intensive, four-month program called Director Explore (DX), which immerses high-potential employees in leadership advisory and sales trainings run by various members of Siegfried's senior leadership, including CEO and Founder, Rob Siegfried.

As Associate Directors, they will support their Markets with leadership advisory, business development, and recruiting. The goal of DX is to allow interested individuals to explore the role of Director, and those who are successful in the program may go on to become Directors and, potentially, Managing Directors.

Siegfried congratulates the new Associate Directors on their accomplishments thus far and wishes them luck as they take on this new and challenging role.

Mallory Frantz, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Siegfried in 2013 as a Professional Resource, transitioned to a Recruiting Director for the Central Region, and now serves as an Associate Director in the Cleveland Market. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and her MBA from the University of Dayton, and began her career at EY.

"Since my first day at the Firm, I have been incredibly passionate about what we do and what we stand for," she said. "The decision to apply for DX was easy — my personal goals align with the Firm's and I'm excited for what's ahead."

Frantz lives in Cleveland with her husband and one-year-old daughter.

Carrie Hobt joined Siegfried in 2016 as a Market Associate and now serves as an Associate Director in the Chicago Market. Before coming to Siegfried, Hobt gained account management experience at Echo Global Logistics, with a primary focus on transportation in the retail industry. She earned her bachelor's degree in communication studies with a minor in Spanish language from Saint Mary's College.

"I wanted to take a leap of faith, step out of my comfort zone, and grow," said Hobt about joining the DX program. "I view the 'unknown' as a challenging, yet interesting journey, and the program felt really exciting to me."

After studying abroad in Seville, Spain in college, Hobt caught the travel bug and has visited the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. She hopes to travel to South America in the near future. As a newer resident of Chicago, Hobt enjoys exploring the city's diverse neighborhoods and checking out new restaurants, nature trails, and live music.

Matt Wikler, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Siegfried in 2015 as a Professional Resource, transitioned to a Market Associate in 2016, and now serves as an Associate Director for the Philadelphia Metro Market. After earning his Bachelor of Science in both accounting and finance at Villanova University, he began his career at Deloitte.

"Through the program, we were fortunate enough to travel the country to learn and interact with our senior leadership members, including CEO and Founder, Rob Siegfried, and our President, Joan Davidson," he said. "It was an incredible opportunity to soak up a bounty of knowledge and gain exposure to so many inspiring people."

In his free time, Wikler enjoys running and traveling. He competed on the Varsity Track & Field and Cross-Country teams during his time at Villanova and is diligent about maintaining an active lifestyle. He also tries to travel as much as possible, and recently spent the New Year in Playa Mujeres, Mexico.
