Firm continues strong, steady growth; three positions added to Leadership Team

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP (Siegfried) is pleased to announce that Toshimi Barks, John Riefler, and Arielle Sotiropoulos have joined its National Market Leadership Team.

Toshimi Barks, JD
Barks joins the Los Angeles market as a Market Associate after spending the last four years working as in-house counsel for a healthcare consulting company. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz for her undergraduate degree and Golden Gate University School of Law for her law degree.

As a Market Associate, Barks will support the Los Angeles Market in a variety of areas, including operations, business development, recruiting, and most importantly, leadership advisory.

A strategic problem solver, Barks brings a unique background to her work. "I was looking for the right next step," Barks said of her big career change. "Coming from an in-house counsel environment, I was very involved in business development and Siegfried caught my eye. The opportunities to engage in client service, while also growing personally and professionally are what drew me here."

Barks considers herself a true "California girl" and spends her free time taking advantage of the beaches, mountains, and forests. If she's not out camping on the weekends, she can be found enjoying live music, cooking, or traveling the world.

John Riefler, MBA
Riefler joins the New York Metro Market as a Director. As a Director, Riefler will work to create long-term, winning relationships with financial executives in the New York Metro Market and assist with the execution of the Firm's recruiting and business development initiatives. Additionally, he will serve as leadership advisor supporting Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People transform themselves into better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

He spent the last ten years working in various capacities in the finance industry. Before coming to the Firm, Riefler gained two years of experience at UBS and eight years at JPMorgan where he worked in functions including, trading, relationship management and operations. Riefler attended Roger Williams University where he earned his bachelor's degree in business management and Northeastern University where he received his MBA.

Riefler is thrilled to be a part of a company that passionately invests in the interest of all employees' professional and personal development. In his free time, Riefler and his wife love to integrate travel and the great outdoors. Memorable trips include an RV road trip through Alaska's Denali National Park, hiking alongside the majestic fjords of Norway, and skiing above the perfectly quaint alpine village in Chamonix, France.

Arielle Sotiropoulos
Sotiropoulos joins our New York Metro Market as a Siegfried Ambassador. In her new role, Sotiropoulos will help strengthen awareness of Siegfried's brand by building deeper connections with affinity groups and colleges and universities in Siegfried's Northeast Region, which includes its offices in New York City, NY; Boston, MA; Short Hills, NJ; and Greenwich, CT.

Prior to this, Sotiropoulos gained valuable experience at the Firm as a member of the national Sales Operations and Recruiting teams. She recently graduated from the University of Delaware, where she earned her bachelor's degree in communication and advertising. As an undergraduate, Sotiropoulos was an active member of Alpha Phi sorority.

Sotiropoulos is looking forward to utilizing her natural leadership skills and leveraging Siegfried's unique offerings to further develop the Firm's brand in the Northeast region.
