WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Siegfried Group, LLP (Siegfried) is pleased to announce that Dean Czerwonka and Kristy Gonsalves have joined its National Market Leadership Team as Associate Directors. In their new roles, Gonsalves and Czerwonka will work to create long-term, winning relationships with financial executives in the Boston and New York Metro Markets and assist with the execution of the Firm's recruiting and business development initiatives. Additionally, they will serve as leadership advisors, supporting Siegfried's higher purpose of helping People transform themselves into better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

Dean Czerwonka, Associate Director, Boston and New York Metro
Czerwonka spent the last five years working in public accounting, most recently at EY. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and his MBA from Quinnipiac University. Czerwonka recently passed all four sections of the CPA exam and will soon be a CPA in the state of Massachusetts.

Born and raised in Boston, Czerwonka enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to Cape Cod during the summer. He likes to stay active by going to the gym and cycling. As a Quinnipiac University alum, Czerwonka makes time to attend hockey games and deepen his connections with his fraternity.

Kristy Gonsalves, CPA, Associate Director, Boston
Gonsalves began her career at EY, where she gained six years of audit experience, focusing primarily on clients in the insurance industry. She earned her Master of Science in accounting at the University of Miami's Graduate School of Business and her Bachelor of Science in accounting at Bentley University.

"I'm passionate about people," Gonsalves said. "The opportunity to engage and connect with people every day, to help in any way I can, is exciting to me. Gonsalves loves the beach, spending time with her family, and traveling. She recently visited Cuba, Dubai, and Iceland, but her favorite place on earth remains Block Island, a small piece of land off of Rhode Island, where she's vacationed every summer since the age of five.
