Signature Healthcare at Home to Acquire Samaritan Health Services' Home Health

WILSONVILLE, Ore., March 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Signature Healthcare at Home will acquire Samaritan Health Services' home health division, effective March 1, 2019.

Samaritan Health Services' CEO Doug Boysen and Signature Healthcare at Home's Division President Mary Kofstad are committed to creating a smooth transition, as stated in a letter to Samaritan home health clients.

All home health patient care will transfer to Signature Healthcare at Home on the acquisition date unless the patient chooses another provider.

Signature Healthcare at Home will provide home health services in the same communities as Samaritan Health Services, including Benton, Lincoln, and Linn counties in Oregon. Signature Healthcare at Home will open new offices in Albany and Newport.
