("FusionLayer"), a pioneering network technology company originating from Finland. This strategic acquisition underscores SIM IP's commitment to identifying and leveraging high-value global intellectual property, particularly groundbreaking innovations emerging from key technology hubs like Finland, and represents a significant and valuable expansion of SIM IP's diverse IP asset holdings.

The agreement grants SIM IP full ownership and control of a cutting-edge Cloud Computing, Virtual Networking and Internet Protocol Address Management patent portfolio, further strengthening its position as a premier entity in the international IP market. This acquisition aligns with SIM IP's core mission: to strategically unlock the inherent value of intellectual property assets. SIM IP will immediately implement a transparent and equitable voluntary licensing program, offering broad, cost-effective licenses to potential licensees. Should these collaborative efforts not yield desired results, SIM IP will strategically transition to pursuing more focused licenses efforts.
