The additions of Lois Brennan and Grant Ligon as Account Directors, and the appointment of Jackie Anderson as Chief Client Officer, enhance Simmons' sales organization and drive its client-first strategy.
Formerly Vice President of Custom Research, Jackie Anderson will now spear-head Simmons' client first strategy. Leveraging over 15 years of experience in the market research and client service space, Jackie will bring together both the syndicated and custom sales teams as well as the client engagement team to foster integrated and comprehensive client relationships. She will also oversee a senior leadership client sponsorship program, aligning senior leaders with clients to ensure innovation at Simmons matches client needs. Chief Scientist, Steven Millman, will take over Custom Research efforts.

She also held roles at Power Up Software, Macworld Magazine, and Forrester Research. Most recently, Lois sold advisory and consulting services for a boutique research-based advisory firm, Digital Clarity Group.
As Account Director, Grant Ligon will help marketers apply Simmons consumer research services to grow their businesses. He brings with him 20 years of experience assisting companies to get the most out of both syndicated and custom research solutions at a variety of companies including Millward Brown, Jupiter Media Metrix, and most recently Invoke.
