Richard "Rick" Slayton honored with Lifetime Achievement Award at AESC Global Summit on Leadership

Rick joined Slayton Search Partners in 1990, and in 2005 he assumed the role of Managing Partner & CEO. He has built on that legacy to establish a new model of executive recruiting that is consultative, strategic, and insight-led.

Rick received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University where he was a Martindale-Rauch Scholar.
