Most recently Andy was the Chief Marketing and Online Officer at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), where he revitalized the CBA brand with the inspirational 'Commonwealth Bank Can' campaign and played a key role in establishing the bank's digital and online leadership. Prior to this he was Vice President & General Manager, Large Enterprise Marketing & Online at computer manufacturer Dell. He has led marketing teams at LogLogic; Sun Microsystems and Nortel Networks. He is also a former Senior Vice President and Partner at Fleishman-Hillard, the world's largest public relations agency. Lark holds a Bachelor of Arts from Auckland University.

In 2003, New Zealand Trade & Enterprise awarded him the inaugural World-Class New Zealander Award for making an "outstanding contribution" to New Zealand's economic development. More recently he was awarded the Flying Kiwi award by the New Zealand Hi-Tech Trust, recognizing his significant contributions to the New Zealand technology industry.
