SmashSwing Immersive To Partner With Beyond Golf Chico on a first-of-its-kind 'Big Screen' Indoor Gamified Driving Range

LEWISVILLE, Texas, July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- SmashSwing Immersive, the innovative company at the intersection of gaming and golf entertainment, is excited to share it has secured a deal with Butte County Youth Sports and Education as part of the Beyond Golf Chico (CA) project. The agreement will bring SmashSwing's patent-pending, multi-player ball tracking to the project and further enhance the targeted goal of getting more young people introduced to golf. The indoor range will be feature a 'BigScreen': 100' long and 30' high hitting from 40' away - the first of its kind in the United States by bringing a 12-player indoor range to Beyond Golf Chico's innovative project which had no room for a traditional range.

About Beyond Golf Chico
Butte County Youth Sports and Education, a 501c3 charity is developing the Beyond Golf Chico project with the local park district, Chico Area Recreation District, on their existing DeGarmo park in Chico California.

The mission of the project is to grow the game of golf in the area by offering free access to golf for youth 17 years and under. The first phase of the project, a 9-hole, par-3 golf course is opening in August of 2025.

The final phase which includes the 10,000 square foot enclosed Big Screen building, along with an outdoor lit putting course and restaurant is projected be completed in 2026.
