invstr, the investment game making it easier to understand the financial markets, launches the Student Investing Championship, an international competition to help thousands of students learn about the financial markets.
More than 200 of the leading business schools and universities around the world have been invited to join the competition, which challenges university students to test their skills in a series of three online app competitions throughout the academic year.
Through the invstr app, students will be able to choose from more than 1,500 stocks, currencies, commodities and bonds in a bid to become investing champions.
Young investors who make the most virtual profit in each of the four-week tournaments will win prizes designed to boost their financial careers, including cash rewards, internships and invitations to career networking days hosted by invstr in major US universities in the upcoming year.
The first competition begins on November 21, with subsequent tournaments starting mid-January and mid-March.
