Social Media Strategy Firm Ant's Eye View to Join PwC

NEW YORK, Aug. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today announced its intent to acquire substantially all the assets of Ant's Eye View, a social media strategy development and consulting firm with offices in Seattle, WA, San Jose, CA and Austin, TX.  Combining Ant's Eye View's social media strategy and digital marketing skills with PwC's Advisory business builds upon the firm's growing Management Consulting customer impact and customer engagement capabilities.  The deal is expected to close in September.
