SocialCode Appoints Mike Deerkoski As Chief Technology Officer

NEW YORK, May 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- SocialCode (www.socialcode.com), the leader in social marketing technology and solutions for the world's most valuable brands, today appointed Mike Deerkoski as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering. The appointment is effective immediately and Deerkoski will report to Laura O'Shaughnessy, SocialCode co-founder and CEO.

Prior to SocialCode, Deerkoski was CTO and Vice President of Engineering at EAT Club, a Palo Alto food-technology startup. Previously he was an engineering leader at Yahoo, first leading the Yahoo Ad Serving team. He headed up the launch of Yahoo's Behavioral Ad Targeting, and the Yahoo Ad Network, and then led the engineering team of Flickr, completing key partnerships with Apple and Pinterest.
