When asked to provide feedback about the new Jazzmans Brew & Bakery, Binghamton students pointed out that the campus community enjoys having its own unique coffee shop with a local atmosphere that is designed for comfort and baristas who know their customers. Redefining Great Coffee with Cold Brew and New Roasts

It's created using a process in which coarse-ground beans are soaked in cool water for 12 hours or more, resulting in a smooth, deeply flavorful brew with lower acidity. Binghamton University is the first Sodexo client to use a tap system to dispense cold brew coffee, embracing a new industry trend that is currently outselling iced coffee on campus."
Taking the cue from their customers, the Jazzmans team worked with its coffee roaster to elevate its brewed coffee roast profiles in response to requests for enhanced roasts with distinct personalities. Jazzmans now offers Just Right Light, Happy Medium and Deep Thought Dark roasts to satisfy every preference, from slightly sweet with overtones of honey and caramel to a smooth, almost winey blend with a nutty top note to a rich, full bodied brew with dark chocolate undertones.
