Sogeti UK announces that OneShare, part of its DevOps suite, was shortlisted for Computing magazine's Vendor Excellence Awards   

Sogeti UK announced today that OneShare, Sogeti's Dev\Test Environment in the Cloud solution, was nominated as a finalist in the DevOps solution category of Computing magazine's inaugural Vendor Excellence Awards. These awards celebrate the achievements of technology vendors and service providers who are leading the field of enterprise IT with innovative products. Nominations from Vendors and Service Providers from across the UK were narrowed down, and winners and finalists were recognised at the award ceremony in London, on 10^th July 2015.

Computing magazine introduced the Vendor Excellence Awards in 2015 to complement its long running UK IT Industry Awards, which traditionally focuses on individuals and projects rather than IT Vendors & Service Providers.

The first Vendor Excellence Awards covered 21 categories spanning every major area of the IT industry - from mobile communications to the Internet of Things, to enterprise storage and DevOps. All categories were judged by a panel made up of IT Industry leaders and Computing staff.

Winners and finalists in the DevOps category demonstrated effective support of the DevOps culture and displayed demonstrable business benefits, including faster time to market and improved collaboration between teams supported by real life case studies.
