Solar Farm Company Partners with Foreign Investor for 5GW's of Projects
ASHEVILLE, N.C., April 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovative Solar Systems has just announced the first of many new partnerships the company is forming with Foreign Investors that will take down large portions of the companies 2017/2018 10GW pipeline of large scale Solar Farms. The latest ISS Confidential deal was structured in such a way that the new foreign entity will agree to fund and purchase between 1GW-5GW of ISS's Utility Scale Solar Farm projects during the 2017 and 2018 calendar years. Sources close to ISS know that the company is also in final stages discussing the sales of the remainder of ISS's massive pipeline of projects and once a few more strategic partnerships with investor buyers are formed the company will close its client list for good and will at that point not be entertaining conversations with any new clients.
Innovative Solar Systems has a huge track record in the development, build out and sales of large scale Solar Farm projects here in the United States. The company was originally formed six years to do one thing and only one thing only, and that is to develop and build some of the largest and highest quality ground mount Solar PV energy plants in the US. ISS has become a world leader in the development, design and implementation of Solar Farm projects that range in size from 20MW to well over 200MW. Innovative Solar Systems will only accept and work with clients that can buy and fund blocks of project portfolios over 300MW in size. ISS is no longer a company that sells singular projects so any new client must purchase and fund min. 300MW or larger blocks of projects w/ ISS.
