CHICAGO, May 1, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Solstice | Kin + Carta announces the formal launch of two new capabilities within its augmented intelligence practice: intelligent customer experience (ICX) and decision intelligence.
Solstice's ICX capability focuses on the design and development of digital experiences powered by natural-language technologies (chatbots, robotics, and voice), data science, machine learning, edge computing, and computer visioning. To-date, Solstice has built and launched dozens of intelligent experiences across the financial services, industrials, agribusiness and healthcare sectors for some of the largest enterprises in the world.

These new capabilities will fall under Solstice | Kin + Carta's augmented intelligence practice, launched in January 2018. Solstice's history with augmented intelligence dates back to 2014, when Solstice Labs—dedicated to rapidly advancing the commercial viability of this and other emerging technologies—was born.
